Complaints
Not satisfied? Email us with your order number and a short description. We confirm receipt within 2 working days and respond in full within 14 days. If we need more time, we will let you know within those 14 days, with the reason and a new deadline of no more than 4 weeks after receipt. If we cannot resolve it together, you can take the dispute to the competent court; WatKomtEr is not affiliated with a disputes committee. You can also report a complaint to the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (consument.acm.nl).
